kratom is the shit.
i can get it at this place in north austin and they have a few different kinds.
a friend of mine showed me that you can just eat the powder if you can handle it.

What's up scooby! Unfortunately they died.  I just repotted the mother and put her outside and she's already giving my 3 new shoots of growth.. so I'll be attempting it again very soon!

Nice conversion table for those of us who don't have a scale...
Please keep in mind that these are rough averages on LEVEL tablespoons and teaspoons. No heaping allowed!
Generic Amounts
1 gram = 0.035 ounces
50 grams = 1.75 ounces
100 grams = 3.5 ounces
Premium Commercial Powder
1 Tablespoon = 6.2 grams
1 Teaspoon = 1.9 grams
Maeng Da Powder
1 Tablespoon = 7 grams
1 Teaspoon = 2.6 grams
Maeng Da Leaf
1 Tablespoon = 2.7 grams
1 Teaspoon = .9 grams
Maeng Da Powder
1 Tablespoon = 7 grams
1 Teaspoon = 2.6 grams
Green Malay Powder
1 Tablespoon = 6.9 grams
1 Teaspoon = 2.4 grams
Executive Extract
1 Tablespoon = 8.3 grams

My bad, for some reason I'm not getting the email notifications or else I would've answered you sooner. The natives in SE Asia do that, I've never done that... I make a tea w/ them once I get a good amount (fresh and/or dried). However, the leaves won't start to get really potent until they're about 10 years old. The stuff we buy from vendors come from trees that are a minimum of 10 years old.
