Bumper stickers on the back of your car are grounds for pulling someone over.
Actually my tail light is out...but it doesn't help when they say "nice bumper stickers" and then..."what's that smell?" And I'm shaking in my boots, because the smell is from the huge 8 gram bag my boyfriend has...cops are scary when say "what's that smell?" Luckily, he had mercy and went on his way. Probably because he had reduced me to almost tearful quivering jello.

If you in a state where bud isn't cool, you should never ride with more bud then you can eat and you should keep it in your hands for easy access to eat at the first hint of blue lights. I so.t drive anywhere with more drugs in my hand then I can eat.

Same here. A possession charge would completely fuck up my govt and pharm security clearances. If I can't choke it down I don't ride with it.

Here's a fucking common sense tip for all you hipsters. If you have anything pot related stuck to the back of your car, then don't be surprised when the cops use that as their reasonable suspicion. Read the thread that THC posted. that's a how not to deal with cops tutorial. Those are also good tips not to ride with more than you can eat. I also don't drive with pipes cause i can't swallow them. seriously though - get rid of any of those pot related bumper stickers.

Not really funny. We live in Texas, people here can go to jail just for SMELLING like pot. They'll slap a PI on you after hours of searching for any small amount of weed. This. Texas is pretty hard on drugs. That joint could have landed us in juvie/jail, and then probation for however long they want.

i realize the situation isn't at all funny, but someone eating a joint is pretty comical.
and i dont know why, but even in places like texas, i really never thought it was that serious.
thats ridiculous, i completely get why people eat their weed now.
i always thought UK was tough as fuck on cannabis, but turns out we're probably pretty soft in comparison to a lot of US states.
regardless of the amount, unless your dealing you'll almost never get more than a warning for simple possession.
i know someone who got busted growing about 10 plants for personal use. and all they did was take away his lights and plants, dont think he even got a warning.
there is so much paperwork police have to go through over here, i dont think they can be bothered to waste hours on it just for a bit of weed.

United States has 5% of the worlds population and 25% of the world prison population.
Many of those prisoners are drug offender, there is good reason for the paranoia.
One could argue, that we have LESS freedom than any other country.
