That's so messed. You can go to jail in Australia if you leave a tap leaking, well not jail but you get a hefty fine for wasting water, even though most the country is flooded right now.

well, I only do the bathroom sink and we put a cooking pot under the tap. I use the dripped water to feed my plants :cool:
