i'm sure they are there - perhaps in a different folder in your gallery, maybe you are just skipping over them somehow? your gallery is set to private so i cannot check for myself.
the images are still uploaded on the server, so they must be in your gallery somewhere. click the "All" button at the bottom of your gallery page and look at every picture that you have in there.
