Day 46 Flower 10
my best attempt at a panoramic view
Plant order #3, 4, 5, 2
Right now the plants are having some pH issues I'm trying to fix. Here is a link to the Doctor's Diagnosis post. Help is welcome. The plants are slowly getting worse.
The new growth is yellow/white, very thin, twisted, and growth is stunted. leaf tips are yellow in spots and on older growth burnt in a few. I believe, based on pH of runoff, that the soil has a pH in the low to mid 5's. I flushed #3 yesterday to try and raise the pH.

I Planted these 3 Mexican Brick bagseed 2.5 weeks back. I'm going to practice cloneing with them. I plan on picking a mother out of my 5 fem AK 48 seeds, so I need to learn how to clone. I will start a separate thread for this when it goes down. They are just starting to show signs of pre flowers now. I may grow them instead of the AK if my current grow produces enough to last through the longer flowering period. The last bag seed I grew was awesome!!! It just took forever to flower.

No, but I figured that was something you mixed in your soil pre potting.

I have used during grow. Not sure how much to use exactly. Sure someone has a ratio for it or something but I just put some on top of soil and then watered using sprayer. I didnt measure ph just seen some problems and used lime, problems diminished. Hope it helps

That sucks to hear, shame your not getting more replys with help or suggestions. If it is just the ph I would definately recommend dolomite lime. Just found this from net. Hope this helps. I have also read about adding baking soda for ph adjustment but dont have any experience with that.
Dolomite Lime has been a useful PH stabilizer for years, since it has a neutral PH of 7 when added to your soil it stabilizes your soil at PH 7. If you're using soil, powdered dolomite lime will work well, plus it adds some beneficial minerals to the medium. It's kinda slow acting so it takes a few days to bring up the PH For faster acting, you can try hydrated lime, but be careful with that stuff. It can raise the PH fast and could possibly damage your plants if over used.
Best plan is to mix fine dolomite lime into your mix before planting. Fine Dolomite will help stabilize your pH; however, if the ph becomes unstable or changes, you can then use Hydrated Dolomite Lime. Add some of the hydrated lime to luke warm water and give it a good stir then water your plants with it. Give the plants a good watering with this hydrated lime added and your PH should fall or rise back to 7
Other Benefits of Dolomite Lime
Dolomite lime is also high in two secondary nutes that can often be overlooked by fertilizers; dolomite is high in both (Mg) Magnesium and (Ca) Calcium.

#5 Run off test - Distilled pH 7.0 in, and 4.6 out ???? after 1/3 strength Tigerbloom pH @ 7.7, a bit higher than #4
Run off 5.9
I have no idea how the pH got so low??? Hopefully these two plant's pH will stay high.
Tomorrow the other two will get food in the same manner.

#4 and #5 are stable. Today is #2 and #3's turn to get fed and pH uped.
First #2 Initial runoff with pH 7 distilled water was pH 5.9
I fed 1 tsp of tigerbloom and added 1.1 tsp's of pH up for 6.9 pH
Run off after feeding pH was 6.1 Not a lot higher...
#3 Initial runoff 5.8
I added a few more drop of pH up so new pH is 7.0
after feeding pH is 6.2
well, let's see how they look in 3-4 days when the need a drink. Fingers crossed!

i hear ya with the ph ,im going through a flux myself, last night i ran some tests with a homemade medium i maid ,i found that a mix of 50\50 cow manure ,mushroom comp, with peat moss at a ratio of 4 cups peat to 3 cup compost mixed with solution at 6.5 stabilized the medium at 6.3,so i got some cuttings in that to see how it performs ,oh and theres about %20 perlite in that to and im running that side by side with pro mix bx to see what performs!

Day 54 Flower 18
Fed #4 and #5 today with Roots Organics Trinity 0.1-0.5-0.25, 2 tsp per gallon and a 1/4 tsp of Epsom Salt. They were both, #4 more than #5, showing some deficiency signs. What do yall think?
I also started cloning and here is a link to that post.

Day 59 Flower 22
At day one of week 4 of flowering. The plants are starting to so deficiencies at the bottom or possibly salt build up. Definitely some N deficiencies. Most of the leaf tips at bottom and in middle have brown tips. Some of the upper middle have brown tips. The newest growth is fine, but has yellow tips.
Next I have collected pollen. (Sorry, no pics of the male and its flowers) It is currently in folded foil in a zip lock in the freezer. I have read that you should apply it to you female at 3.5 weeks. Any ideas?
#2 and #4 got watered yesterday. 7.0 pH distilled #5 was watered today with the same. #3 most likely tomorrow.
