DMR is just as good as the BR imo. It just isn't burst fire like the BR.

I still haven't gotten my hands on Red Dead Redemption  In due time though
Koopa I know what you mean but if wasn't for that series CoD wouldn't be where it is today in terms of it's online play. The learning curve between both Halo and CoD is practically the same. However Halo has tougher enemies campaign wise and more difficult multiplayer situations depending on what the game type is. And the only way to get an instant kill on Halo with a head shot is via sniper rifle. Unless it's a no shield game. CoD is far easier to get kills on imo. Also I'm not saying Halo is better, just a bit more difficult then CoD's gameplay mechanics.

Nice, I'm extremely behind in the fighting games that have been coming out in recent years. I still haven't even played Street Fighter 4. And now Marvel Vs Capcom 3 is being released soon. I can't wait though.

Yup it's nearly impossible to camp on Halo. You have to move around or you'll die. Unless it's a snipers game on a massive map but then again. It's still better to move around cause I still haven't seen one person hold down a spot the entire duration of a match.

Imo game designers care now more about reaching mass audiences rather than actually focusing on making a truly great game. There was something about back in the day with video games being ridiculously difficult. That made it feel great when you finally finished it. You even needed cheat codes just to beat some of them. When is the last time anyone actually used a cheat code just to help them get through a game? Anyone remember Game Shark or Game Genie?
I'm not saying that they're aren't good games nowadays. There are still plenty of good ones out there but I honestly feel the shooter genre is going down the drain. I've played every major shooter at one point or the other since 96'. I might just be stuck on the old school.
But then again Halo: Reach's legendary was fun. And I'm sure Gears of War 3's insane difficulty will definitely be the toughest yet out of the series.
