Well I plan on doing a pretty decent sized outdoor grow this year, and I was wondering if any of you guys have any tips on how to camoflauge my plants from all the goddamn helicopters that fly over this area, take into account that I want them to also have full sun. maybe different other plants I can put around them to mask them, I know another thing I was gonna do was top them 3-4 times to get them nice and bushy so they dont look so tree like, please help a nigga out...

Don't cut out the plants growing around your baby, if you have to dig a big hole plant some other green in the patch.. Provide a little less nourishment to your plants so they're not too healthy looking they stand out. Dont plant too many plants in a single patch and also plant according to the sun but try to get them under a canopy.
Best advice i could give.

Nooo there must be some other way, my plants deserve all the tender loving care that I can give them, yeah they will deff be spread out, maybe planting around and through other small tree's. hmm how visable is a pot plant from the air ne ways. I know every harvest season, the fucking swine fly their little black police helicopters around looking for grows, I need these plants to perfectly blend in with their surroundings..., at the same time getting full sun and nourishment

helis use infrared so you cant camo your plants really. about the most you can do is try to put them in dense areas and cut out a small area for each plant.
don't plant them all near each other either. that way if they find 1 they dont find 50. really there isn't any tips. you just have to find a spot where there isn't a lot of activity.

What does infrared have to do with growing weed outside? Do weed plants give off more heat than other plants? I thought infrared was only for located heat signatures from indoor grows, where the rest of the house is significantly lower than one portion of the house. Please enlighten me mh

there are multiple types of infrared, one type is the FLIR, which is the infared wavelength detector - mj gives off a certain type. the other is a heat type device, where they look at the heat from your house.
im looking for specific info but i cant find it right now ive got to get back to work but soon as i get done ill find it; because i have been curious myself and still im not 100 percent sure.....

I agree with mhbound. I have read somewhere where is gives off more heat than other plants. I have lent my book out though.

Want all day sun and not be visible, not gonna happen.
Infared does not pick up plants it picks up the heat from the grow. Outdoors it picks up the heat from the waterlines. Water in the lines heats up in the day they fly over at night and detect the warm water in the lines. Looks like spider webs but at the end of each web is a plant.
You have to plant according to the surrounding vegetation but what the hell do I know.

infrareding your house for is illegal because it's considered an invasion of your privacy or some shit.

Don't plant in rows or have any symetry to the garden. Hide all hoseing underground, never leave trash in the open. If you camp there no camp fires only portable stoves. Never leave anything near or exposed in streams. Don't remove any large trees for light. From above this is very noticable. Also no tracks or worse yet trails leading to main roads. Hike a xtra couple miles if needed to avoid dirt roads that reveal how often you are going in and out.

Depends on your surroundings. If its a clearcut area in the woods not far at all, if you were in a field it depends on wind. In a field you can be few hundred feet away if the wind blows right you will get a wiff. Pinpointing the source of the smell can be very hard, my buddy couldn't find his in a cornfield for a feeding but kept getting wiff's.
