I like an energentic clear headed high, because I'm a college student that will usually be lighting up during the day, then a nice hybrid for or indica for bedtime.
I'm not sure I've ever smoked a psychedelic strain, please elaborate.

Aren't strains like Cheese and Sour D supposed to be more "psychedelic" or whatever?

You need some haze then. A decent haze sample will blow Cheese away in the psychedelic department.
UK/Exodus Cheese is good stuff. I have a friend who offered me a clone years ago and never delivered on that promise.

Yeah I wish we got more sativa dom strains out here, but when everyone's growing for money, indica's are what ya get.
I would love to try some SSH or Jack herers, just gotta get my hands on some seed or clones.

Quite a few people I know are working on Sannie's Jack. There's a place local that's working on producing feminized Jack Herer seeds using a very hazy Jack Herer from Sensi Seeds and a yet to be selected Sannie's Jack.
Right now you can buy a pack of TomHill's Haze for 50bucks on seedbay. It's an "original" haze from Positronics / Sam the Skunkman bred for several generations to produce the most devastating haze high imaginable. The best females occur in 1/30 seeds though and they take 14-16 weeks to finish and the yield is probably very low.

haha "Most devastating haze high imaginable" I think I need to grow this strain. Sannies Jack has 6 different gen. right? Do they know what qualities they are looking for in their sannies?

Sannie selected purely on taste and high as far as I know. It also yields fairly well but takes 13 weeks to finish.
The guys making the seed are honest folk they test their seeds and price according to how hard it is to obtain parents and how difficult it is to maintain parents/make seeds, etc. They're going to look for mold resistance and outdoor finish time as criteria but overall quality is obviously selection criteria. They were impressed to see my freak Jack Herer that finishes in Eastern Canada.

Indoors it doesn't finish quickly, outdoors the flowering starts early in the season though allowing it to finish up here. People I've sold it to sell it as indoor because it's so hazy and well everyone tries to sell their outdoor as indoor whenever possible since it goes for twice as much and is easier to sell.

The Spicy White Devil (blueberry x JH) I grew was a really good sativa high. Well, if you like sativa anyway. Still got 2 of those left...I'll prolly hold off on them for a while.
However, it is BY FAR the best tasting bud I have ever smoked. Its really got the blueberry flavor, better than any other strain I've had that was supposed to smell/taste like something.
-------------------- Of course it's happening inside your head.
Why should that mean it isn't real?
