Clone in DWC Drooping and not Growing (Pics work)

Alright this is my second grow and my first using dwc hydroponics. I gave dwc a shot before this, but some high winds screwed me over by knocking out our power for a couple of days. So once I had power again I threw out what I had going b/c there was no chance in recovery, and started out with new clones.
It took over 2 weeks to see roots on all of my clones using an aeroponic cloner that I built myself. Then one week after I tranferred 6 plants to my dwc setup.
My setup is 2 coleman coolers. Each hold about 8 gallons of water and there are 3 plants in each in hydroton. Each cooler has it's own GH Dual Diaphragm Air pump with 5 air stones. 3-6" cylindrical ones, and 2 6" blue stone bars. This is under 1000watts of mh light. I know it is a bit much but it is all i have. I have the light as high as it can go so it's gotta be at least 3-4' above the plants.
The plants have almost been in there a week and I am seeing roots in the water on all of them. So I dropped the water line to just about 1" below the net pots.
Now my problem is that one of my burmese kush looks sickly. It is not growing and is droopy even though there is a decent root system going into the dwc container. The other 2 plants in that system are looking nice. Here are all of my measurements.
Room Temp: 70-80F Res Temp: 65F PPM: 550 (Hannah) on top of 230 ppm water PH:5.7-5.8 Nutes: Fox Farm Big Bloom and Grow Big
If you guys could help me out that would be great!!
~Peace
The first two pics are of the sickly plant. The second two pics are of the healthy plants in the same container.

Did you read the post? He is only concerned about one of them.
Get those netpots more submerged. You've got a shit ton of root mass that isn't being kept moist, or able to absorb nutes. You want to keep the base of the plant above water, but the majority of the roots need to be down in solution.

well it looks like things are startingn to improve. The root system has expanded and it looks like the plant is starting to pick up. The only problem now is that it is a week behind the other two.

Well the bad one is improving so much every day. These plants are going under a scrog so if some are bigger than the others it won't hurt too bad. The good ones are hitting the screen and by the rate these girls are growing I have a couple weeks till the screen will be full enough to induce flowering.
Hopefully it should turn out good. 5 hydro plants and 10 soil plants under 1400 watts of light.
