Do a hash oil extraction.You can get around the mold that way.

I'm not really sure about this..
I would probably try the non moldy hash, and if it tastes fine maybe its an ok.
I personally cant keep hash longer then the night i get it haha, its my preferred smoke. So this is not a problem i've ever ran into.
