When you smoked weed for the first time, what strain was it? Now, what is your favorite strain? The 1st time I smoked weed it was a g13 strawberry cough cross. I I've had that strain quite a few times since then and I have been very fond of it. I'm not sure if it's my favorite, but it's up there.

Ive tried very few named strains, so my favorite has no name. That no name was the first strain i ever smoked. And ive smoked it about 3 times my entire life, and hopefully going to get it again. Now my favorite Named strain has got to be Grand daddy purple though.

GDP what?...
I actually so happen to have some GDP at the moment ..
It's quite possibly the most common strain in my area....
Anyway, I have no clue what strain it was that I smoked for the first time. But, the 3rd time I smoked so happened to be "Train-wreck", which also had to be the first time I smoked a Sativa, and the first time I got incredibly high!...
It was absurd, my short term memory was fucked. I literally couldn't talk, with no short term memory I would instantly forget what I was going to say as soon as I would start to talk. The head-space was very psychedelic, I had noticeable OEVs and intricate CEVs. It was my first psychedelic experience, long before I ate mushrooms for the first time.
Train Wreck is still one of my favorite strains, but if I had to pick a single favorite of mine it would be Jack Herrer hands down....
I definitely enjoy the sativas....

Check out this strain of Grandaddy Purple Kush. I don't even know if I can name a favorite strain, but this is definitely one of the most powerful I've tried.
The first time I got high it was brown shwag through a plastic bong.
edit: improved color balance on photo.

No idea what the first strain I smoked was but I grew up smoking exotic sativas and to this day smoke nearly exclusively sativa.

I also like Hindu Kush, Trainwreck & Sour Diesel. I'd like to find some good White Widow.

I'm envious...
In my opinion sativas have so much more character to them compared to indicas...In all aspects; aroma, taste, and effects they produce.
Unfortunately for me being a Sativa lover, Indicas and Indica dominant strains are the most common on the "market"...For obvious reasons.
I know some of the most exotic & best Sativas probably don't even have a name, but the purest Sativa I've toked upon was Kali-Mist. I've only had the pleasure of smoking this fine strain a few times.
I really want to try Arjans Haze and Neville's Haze!!!...
Can't wait to have my own garden

Purple haze for me also. But, it wasn't very purple. And, its only based on what my buddy was telling me.
I just remember it was really lime green, and from what I know today, it was very sativa...so, sounds about right to me
Up until this year all we had around was generic "dro". The only guaranteed way to get a name strain here is to grow it yourself.

I've seen those nuggies a few times around the board, I must say they look scrumtrulescent
Did you get her to finish up all the way outside or was it an earlier chop?

First time for me consisted of smoking mids out of a glass pipe. My favorite strain was some stuff I had about a month ago that didn't have a name. It was by far the best looking, smelling, and tasting bud I've seen personally, and the high was awesome as well.

Kept her around for a while, but she could have gone longer. It was a last ditch idea to throw a few ladies in the garden outside, to see if anyone would notice and they grew fine, but I didn't even get em in the ground until flowering had already begun outside... So they missed the first 2 weeks which they really needed. Oh well, it's just headstash and shared with close friends.

I've only tried a couple different strain named weed but my favorite one I can't remember the name if. Smoked it 2 summers ago when I was visiting my cousin in vegas, and it was the strogest, and best tasting weed I've ever smoked. Also it was a very strong sativa and here in MN It's rare for me to find a good sativa.
I also get fed a lot of bullshit names around here, stupid ass dealers try calling there shitty dank some name they heard in a rap song to up their prices.
But my favorite indica would be grape ape.
Oh and the first time I smoked was some shitty brickweed.

Hard to pin down one strain.
Granddaddy has always been nice and is a good one for breeding.
Female grandaddy who has been turned to the dark side to give female pollen
Blockhead has a good kickass high
Sweet 16 (Mikado x Sweet Tooth #3 x Secret Strain)
Good old Afghani
Mikado
Erkle
Lavender
Blueberry
Lifesaver
There are so many good strains there is no way to pick just one.
