First committed grow. All posted throuh Droid phone so forgive spelling and briefness.
Soil: Fox Farm original planting Mix in breathable pots of felt like materiel. 2 gallons p/ plant.
Strain: Lowryder Easyryder from a Banker with an attitude. Germinated on the 21st directly in soil with lots of water 24hr lighting until erupted. Total water added would be .5 gal organic root ( diluted under half recomendation) nutes, with 1.5 gallon water with nothing added.
Lights: first day under germination cycle was a hps, but heating issues and faulty bulb led me to a 23.25 in x 23.25 in florencents. 4 2 ft bulbs, 2 innnermost red, outter blue, @ 26w each. First 3 days 24/0 then when sprouted 18/6 until near harvest then 16/8 due to reading and sampling intersesting grows. Strain is autoflowering.
Fan and ducting: 1 small maybe 4 inch desk fan pushing hot air up to a 4 inch OdorSok placed 6 inches above lights powered by 160 cfm fan with ducting pushing out of growroom.
Growroom: 5' 3" h x 2'w x 2' l x 2' d Growroom in open cjoset by Growlab horticultural. Reflective interior huh grade canvas u can seal off for total darkness and odor control.
Thermometer reads just under 90 but it gets a fuckload of cool fresh outside air put on my two plants who are doing wonderful. So I'm not worried about it. Lights just at or right above 4 inches above top of plants.
Humidity stuck at 60 %. Watered when soil is dry at my.first knuckle. Plants looking great!
Updated and I Aldo have pics of every nutrient, light, fan, seed package or anything purchased for this projuect if interest is generated. Thanks guys!

I'd love to see pictures of your grow/equipment/setup.
As far as the 90 degree temps...You've got to get that shit down or its going to be a factor sooner than later.

I'll do pics tonight after there dark period is over, at midnight.
I have no idea what to do about the temps. I have fans placed optimally, and te exhaust fan is above lights where heat gathers. That's seemed to have help, but can't figure anything else out.

if you cut holes in your box or figure a way to get the computer fan to be an airtight seal....and have one on the top above the lights like you said
and one on the bottom bringing in fresh air. you want 2 fans the same size rated to move(measured in CFM-you probably knew) around 2 times the size of your grow box...so about 50 CFM?
and you can actually even get like a 100 CFM fan and build a carbon scrubber(filter) for your grow for the exhaust fan only obviously.--i can get the link to build one if you need it.
You could always buy a 60 dollar inline fan and fix the problem all in one go.
and have a little fan on low setting to blow the little plants a little.

I've already got all this : / I have the inline mentioned above Atty an odorsok on it, moving alot of air but not keeping it cool enough. I just moved the lights above the plants up to about 10 inches above tallest plant, and also the cooler day we have had has helped to cool things down. Plants doing well, 2nd set of true leaves looking fresh lime green sneaking in.
Edit to elaborate: I also have a small clip on type fan maybe 4 inches, 2 speed, nectar to lights pulling hot air up to exhaust intake (odorsok)

Here's some pics I've taken throughout the grow. Pics of plants taken this afternoon.
Hope these images come out ok. I'm doing 100% documentation through my phone and its bit of a hassle.
More as things progress. Sorry it too so long. Hows everybody doing?

are you running the exhaust outside of your tent or closet to get the heat out of the room? in the pic it appears to just be blowing back down by the light?

Yeah there's a few ports and vents at the bottom. One port I use for intake, one for power chords, and one for exhaust. Temps are doing Great now.

Growin' up!
Any reason why leaves curl like that and the end points. On both plants, moreso below.
Any indicator of sex below? Sry for crummy quality, all I got is below.
They are feminized, just worried a lil heat stress and hopefully any light leaks are in comparason to moonlight. I'm talking bout those lil green stick thing on nodes (?)

You've got several weeks to go before they show any distinguishable signs of sex.

The curling doesn't seem to be anything to be worried about...Check your PH it may be too high or you may be over watering...or a combination of both.

Then you have like a week-10 days until they show sex.

This is both of then to show different phenotypes showing in leaf structure. (Me thinks hehe) the second picture is a weird white growth and stem outter shell splitting.
What's up with that?

Weird white growth looks like callus formation to me, which basically means the plant is trying to grow roots from there.
The plastic like covering, splitting on the stem, is comlpetely normal.
Have you paid attention to the Ph of your water or soil? That leaf twisting could be from Ph problems.

I usually don't water them to the point it drips in any measurable amount. Should I next time? What's difficult is the felt like pots don't drain in one area, the Ph tester I have (for my mushroom substrates) is a lil vial u put drop in. Should I be testing onlymy pure water. Or the water I add nutes too as well?
Thanks for the help diesel.I was wondering of it was callious, from growing too fast or w/e. Should I blanch it?
