what exactly happens on halloween in the states, coz here its really no big deal once your over 10, it usually consists of constantly getting up answering the door to greedy kids in shitty costumes, or going to a terrible fancy dress party.
ive seen people on here talk about its their favorite time of year

Halloween in the states is basically a little fun holiday for kids to have fun.
For teenager to fuck around, TP shit, throw a couple of shitty parties (unless you're a senior, usually those ones are good)
For college kids to get drunk as hell
For all girls +14(yeah, it's really that young) to dress as slutty as possible.
Basically an excuse to fuck shit up, fuck around, fuck people(as in sex) and throw parties.
I mean honestly, noone is wearing a costume at the party I'm going to, we're all just drinking/smoking/chilling/fucking.
That's basically halloween in the states for you.

Except, the party I'm going to, people will dress up. Its a good friend of mine, so I can't really say no. She loves that kinda shit, and I owe it to her to at least try a little bit.
We all wear costumes TO the party, and after about 5 minutes of "LOL GOOD COSTUME DUDE" they are off and everyones starting to drink.
