from my understanding it is grown in huge quantities, and dried in bulk in bricks. what does that drying process consist of? and is there any way to make the bud not so dry

hahaha alright
if anyone else would like to answer that'd be cool.
im just asking a legitimate question. i smoke shwag because its cheap and comes in large quantities. it smokes longer, and i like that i can smoke it freely without damaging my pocket. i dont have the money to dish out for chronic all the time.

If you are trying to rehydrate your bud, place a fruit peel in a bag and your bag with it, put in refrigerator over night.

They even sell rehydrator packets at some head shops that get the humidity at 75% exactly. They cost like a buck, and you just throw the pouch in your jar of weed and it rehydrates/humidifies (whichever is needed) the air and thus the contents (your weed).

they hang it to dry and press it to bricks to transport easier
but i like to use a cottonball with a littler flavoring/water mixture soaked in but not too much
stick it to the top of a pill bottle top(on the inside obviously) with some tape/rubberband and put your ganja in and let it sit overnight in a fridge
but watch it that shit will get mold right quick...especially with fruit peels but you have to leave it for days to do that. ive heard of people doing it on purpose and smoking the molded weed and then they said it gave them a head rush

Yeah, they dry it hanging in big sheds, run down buildings, and whatnot. What you're probably thinking of is curing, once it's bailed up, the curing process takes place and continues until its broken down into smaller quantities again.
I have even heard of them cutting it down and making equal sized piles and letting them sit out in the sun to dry/cure. Schwag cultivators have some pretty shoddy practices. Most of them are mexican'ts though, so you can't complain.
