Does anyone have an issue with this? If I smoke really good shit I start coughing like crazy. I feel pressure build up in my head, then I feel like I'm going to pass out - but, I haven't yet. I think this is mostly due to the fact that I smoke way too much (as far as cigs go). Sometimes I'll have to pass up on the blunt because I don't want to pass out and crash my car.

I have had hits that made everything go blank for a few seconds
with a major mindfuck/wtfjusthappened/WHOA kinda thing before.
Nothing related to too much coughing though, just really good weed 
Maybe you need to stop smoking cigs

I'm probably going to smoke until I die, honestly.
I can't even imagine quitting.. I tried once and lasted all of 3 days.
This really only happens with good, harsh weed.
I get that blank feeling, too. I just attribute it to my lungs being
shocked and my brain running low on oxygen LOL

Lack of oxygen to the brain probably. That will definitely do it. Smoke less cigs. I mean damn, one an hour or every 30 minutes or something. And quit smokin blunts, glass is the way to go. Fuckin blunts

I don't really mind blunts; they're definitely not my favorite.
I smoke a lot when I'm cruising around with my friends. Smoking a blunt
just makes sense in that situation. Also, it's become really popularized
and there's not much I can do about it.

I don't hold it in because I don't want to cough.
I prefer a vape, but enjoy my glass pipe. I like bongs, too.
And ingesting orally would be great.
Joints I'm not too fond of, even though I roll them really well.
I do enjoy blunts also on occasion.

Yeah, oddly enough. If I do it at home where I mostly
hit my glass piece, I end up throwing up bile or the food
I just ate.

Do you grind up your bud before packing a bowl? I just rip off snaps.
It seems like if it gets too hot, or the bud isn't very compact it burns too fast and thats what makes me cough like a bitch.
I hate when people pack their bowls from a grinder. I only grind it if its going in papers. And papers are harsh. I have to hit joints like a bitch sometimes, admittedly.

My father in law does that shit all the time and will probably die from it.
He just randomly just starts coughing and cant breath and he passes out and then when he comes to he like what just happened. Sad but he smokes at least 2 1/2 packs a day. He's been smoking for 40 + years and even though everyone keeps telling him to quit he wont. Kind of selfish if you ask me. I'm really afraid that he will have a coughing fit and die while watching my kid until my hubby gets off. Its very sad, but he probably wont see my girl graduate or anything like that.
