FireFox addon ReloadEvery. I found it back when I used a university mail system that logged me out every twenty minutes of inactivity so I didn't have to remember to refresh it to stay logged in.

I remember waaaaaaay back in the day when I was a kid and used to play that "Neopets" shit I found one. It was just called "Refresher.exe"...and the only refreshing it did was in increments that were all under a minute...I assume it was only made for cheating/malicious intent.
Funniest part is that it was the first time I had ever seen tabs. The people who made a browser that was more or less for cheating gamesites was a pioneer in browser technology

I dunno. I play a webgame with a market system where I could see using something like that for a legitimate purpose. You'd have to have no life to be sitting there watching the market update but that doesn't make it cheating

hahah, i used to play a game called SpaceCrime that had an auction style market system. I would bid and update my refresher on the bid purchased page and it would refresh my bid every few seconds. it worked well.
