Since it is haloween time now, i just thought i would ask you guys what your favorite horror/scifi movies were.
it get be old or new. im a big fan of some of the older movies myself.

Anyone ever watch Begotten? You can watch it on youtube. Its a shock film...no (voice) audio...just really disturbing images after really disturbing images. It really didn't bother me while I was watching it...but it did afterwords. It kinda just kept playing in my mind and I couldn't unsee it.
I love The Shining. I think thats my favorite one. Resident Evil Degeneration (? the animated one) is fun, but not really a horror movie. Nightmare on Elm Street of course. House of 1000 Corpses continues to freak me out, but only because I could really see shit like that happening in my town.

I never cared for the original Halloween series, Friday the 13th was my slasher flick of choice, but Rob Zombie made me reconsider.

what scares me really, are exorcism movies. i love them but i hate them at the same time.

The Strangers was a decent movie, more of a slasher than a Halloween movie though.

theres so many horror movies i love,
nightmare on elm street, the ring, the grudge, final destinations,the exorcist,dawn of the dead. loads more

Noroi is a faux japanese documentary thats really good. The acting is good, its on youtube.
