There looks to be at least three 10 lb'ers in the picture 
Fish looks to me like a Steelhead, a sea run rainbow trout that returns after 2 to 3 years at sea. Unlike Salmon they don't spawn out and die, and can return from the ocean up into small streams several times in their life cycle. These have been strictly a sports fish and a native commercially harvested fish since the 80's.
Very cool fish though, and the injins get about twice as much per lb as salmon fishermen do
