 Xanax and Speed

I know I have been getting some criticism from you guys about my use of adderall and xanax.
I wanted to say a few things.
First off, I jumped on the pharmaceutical train before knowing too much about it. By the time I knew the stuff I know I was already on the drugs.
I do eventually want to stop using them and use only natural, or maybe the better world is healthier, stuff.
I take 0.25 milligrams of xanax 2 during the day on the weekdays and once at night during the weekdays. So 3 total on weekdays
On weekends I only take 1 a day.
0.75 * 5 = 3.75
3.75 + .50 = 4.25
So I take 4.25mg of xanax a week.
I take 30mg of adderall every morning and 10mg at around 6.
40mg a day.
40 * 7 = 280
So I take 280mg of adderall a week.
I would rather get off both of those, smoke more weed, and see what psychedelics have to offer me.
(I plan to see what psychedelics have to offer me no matter if I am on the pharmaceuticals or not)
I am hypocrite in the sense where I am against the drug companies but am a consumer at the same time.
I am not sure how much, if any, I am dependent on the drugs.
I started taking xanax for my anxiety disorder. I have been taking my xanax as normal and have been doing well with my anxiety lately, but that's not to say I don't have any at all and I am not sure how much xanax helps with that.
I started taking adderall because the doctor said I should 
I do enjoy it because it definitely enhances my mental abilities, mood (sometimes), and energy.
I am not sure exactly how much of a negative/positive effect either of the drugs has on my mood, abilities, happiness, anxiety, health, and mindset.
I do know that I have been on a journey, a very beautiful one. It will lead me to new, beautiful, and strange places and I hope and will do my best to make the smartest decision on what drugs I take.
I just wanted to share with you a little bit of my story with these drugs, and I am sorry if in the past I have been immature or annoying.
I will make sure to let you guys know when I do use new/ stop old drugs.

I can't take xanax. It just knocks me right out for 4 hours. Consistently too.
I did have a bunch of valiums once. That was a really good week, but a waste of money I coulda spent on better drugs imo.

im getting some xannax from a friend pretty soon. i want to see if it will help with my anxiety. and vyvanse im proscibed which helps me alot but havent taken it in a long time.

Getting off of daily pharms is a respectable goal. The best way is probably to taper the doses, right? It's going to be kinda weird though: you have anxiety, so speed alone would probably be annoying, but xanax alone might be bad as far as trying to focus, especially if you're in school.
Seems like the best method would be to taper both doses at once. Maybe take 25mg speed in the morning, and only like 5 at night (you don't really need that at night at all, do you?), and similarly decrease the xanax, for a week or two. If you handled that fine and want to keep going, then do. Good luck, keep us updated.
