so the other day I am talking on the phone and in the middle of the conversation I get really dizzy and light headed. a really weird vertigo sort of feeling but it was also kind of pleasant in that weird kind of way.
I mention it on the phone and assume it will go away in a minute. I finish up and start walking to where my next class was and I am stumbling around... I couldn't fucking walk at all. I must have looked like I was totally smashed. totally completely fucked up dizzy vertigo.
I feel so nauseous, a little headache and sick and I try to go to class but I end up leaving and falling asleep and eventually it passed. I was in a real weird headspace too.
I don't know what happened, maybe a vertigo migraine but it was really fucking weird.
This ever happen to you?

I have something similar happen to me sometimes if I stand up fast, kinda like what you explained, with like a bloodrush to the head and can really feel my heart beating.
Was this the first time it happened?

That would be my guess. The other day I was rubbing my neck and squeezed too hard or something and was like an inch from passing out for a few minutes. Quite the high actually.

Yea I get it all the time, its low blood pressure for sure. Get on your bed and lie flat on your stomach with your head hanging off the side, then when you feel like your head is literally full of blood, quickly stand up. I can guarantee you will get the same feeling, but maybe a bit worse.
After you do that listen to this song, smoke some weed, chill then remember to stand up slowly and try snack throughout the day to keep your blood pressure up.

Yeah I get lightheaded sometimes but this was like light headedness to a whole new level.

i lay upside down on my couch sometimes when im really high. and it happens to me.
and sometimes when i get up, and i cant see anything cause i get like that bright light in my eyes and get all dizzy.
