 How to mAke Firecrackers withought peanut butter? help

my friend is allergic to peanut butter as he is allergic to all nuts (includes Nutella) so i was wandering wat type of substitutes have you guys found which have worked?
i was thinking of using regular butter
perhaps butter and jam even?
im out of ideas im pretty sur ei cant use straight butter, it would get runny and would go through the crack in the firecracker

Why don't you just make some cookies or brownies then? Firecrackers don't take much less effort to prepare!? Make yourself some really really good cannabutter, by using the CROCK POT, NO WATER method.
Then you can just make toast if you want, or LITERALLY ALMOST ANYTHING ELSE. By not using water in the cooking process, less "earthy" flavor and color is left behind, as well as easier handling after solidification.

ye im actually going to now wait till i get an oz of dank and make a batch of brownies
can you elaborate on the crock pot , no water method with a link perhaps
im assuming u just mix it with the butter and NO water and strain after u boil it for a while no?

Nah the reason to use a crock pot is for the steady low temp over time.....I don't think you're trying to boil it.

Precisely, you just toss it in there and get it good and hot. So long as it's not boiling. Just strain it when finished and you will have a much higher end cannabutter than other methods.

would a sock suffice as a strainer, like ive seen in one other thread
aslong as its easily to obtain and get the job done

So long as it is clean I don't see why not... Personally I prefer cheesecloth that has been folded, making a tighter filter.

Are you sure using the crock pot doesn't get too hot? I might do that instead of the water method, but I read that the water allows the butter to prevent being too hot.

wats exactly wrong with a bit of water
is it because it will muck up the oil to the recipe
if u dont have a thermometre but just keep it form boiling shouldnt that work?

Yeah that's how I've done it before.. water method, simmering...
But then I used the double broiler method and just used butter and weed and it turned out good.
The only problem I see with the water (other than it not being necessary) is it ruins the taste of the butter. Even though the butter separates from the water, if you used water, the butter will turn out a darker green.
Using only butter and weed and straining makes a cleaner butter. A nice light green tasty butter

Cheesecloth!
And if you are unsure what temps your crock pot is getting to, go to a bargain store and get a $5 digital meat thermometer. You can use it for all kinds of stuff.
Also, most commercial butters have water added. Letting some of that water vape off can make your butter much richer.
