Chem teacher explained this today, think it would benefit motorcycles to make my mileage even better? I'm already running at 70-80.

No, not at all. Why would it do that? Putting an extra burden of generating electricity on to your engine will burn more gas.

You can use a separate battery for that, and the hydrogen gets sent to the carburetor I think.
That's the whole point of the device in that clip, to improve gas mileage.
