Yeah I know what you mean. I like when people explain what the sciency thing in their avy/sig is
I used to have this as my sig:
But I figured people wont understand what it is so I changed it with the fractals gif.

Essentially whats important are the 2 lanes on the right. The last but one shows a mixture of a human hybrid protein (top) mixed with either X or Y proteins. There are two bands on the last but one lane (which had hybrid+X) and only one band on the last lane (hybrid and no Y)
So the conclusion is that the hybrid interacts with X but not with Y.
