1. Are you growing from seed or clones? this particular plant is from seed (seeds from a hermie plant: mandela seeds) 2. How old are your plants? this one popped around the end of april 3. How tall are your plants? 6 -7 ft tall 4. What size containers are they planted in? ground 5. What is your soil mix? dirt with some fox farm happy frog in the mix 6. How often do you water and what type of water do you use? every other day; straight tap 7. What is the pH of your water? dont know, never had a pH problem though 8. What kind of fertilizer do you use and what is its NPK ratio? botanicare pure blen pro 1 - 4 -5 and a top dressing of guano every two weeks starting last week. .5 - 13 - 1. also molasses. 9. Do you foliar feed or spray your plants with anything? no 10. What kind of lights do you use and how many watts combined? (HPS, MH, fluorescent, halogen, incandescent "plant lights") suuuuuun 11. How close are your lights to the plants? 91.3 - 94.4 million miles away 12. What size is your grow space in square feet? i dunno, the plant has enough space though 13. What is the temperature and humidity in your grow space? varies, but not usually over 80 F and low humidity 14. What is the pH of the soil? dont know 15. Have you noticed any insect activity in your grow space? a few bugs and caterpillars, but im keeping that shit in check now 16. How much experience do you have growing? on and off 8 years.
so halp guise? i dont usually have problems growing, but this is my first in the ground grow. i wasnt even expecting them to grow cause the dirt was so nasty, but here we are. im thinking potassium def?

It's hard to tell with it being so early but after flipping through my handy growers bible (jorge cervantes)it looks like it could either be potassium, magnesium or sulfur. Potassium will make little dots on the leaves later on and most of the leaf will be yellow. Magnesium and sulfur look very similar. Mag. starts to yellow the leaves then browns the tips like in your pic. Sulfur basically does the same thing but the leaves lose a lot more color than mag and looks like they even start to curl after a while. So in my limited experience I'd say Magnesium

yeah, i checked the book to, but thought it was early signs of potassium def. the funny thing is, when i gave it epsom salt, the yellowing was more pronounced. hrm. looks like ill be giving it more tomorrow

Well if the Mg is locked out then feeding it more only makes the problem worse. If it was just lacking in Mg then yah, feeding it would help, but if the plant is locking out the nutrients you need to solve the lock out first, then the plant can properly uptake the nutes it needs.
