If I am not mistaken that same phrase was what got him kicked the very first time he was banned.

I have never argued with your decisions and will not do so now, I was just saying that I am pretty sure that is what got him banned the first time, then I think the second ban was threatening another members life, the third was trying to mess with stoney69.
