Pruning/ Trimming off lower buds

So ive got a real nice canopy goin, flowerin now. I've lst'd since week two so ive got like 20-30 budsites per plant. Its all nice and good, only problem is the lower ones aren't gettin much light. i've already trimmed most of their leaves, but should i trim off the whole budsite all the way up to the stem? I do have a 30 watt cfl thats hangin down to give a few lower buds some light so i can cut them off early and have some tester nugs.
what im sayin is should i trim off the lower skimpier budsites that don't really get to much light? How much better will it be for my canopy and my top buds? For sure tho i kno i'm going to leave at least 2 or 3 lower sites so i can have some premature smoke buut what would u guys suggest?
To trim or not to trim?
that, is the question.

No don't trim. Not gonna help as much as everybody thinks and you just take away from hash making material which more then makes up for it.

i personally would trim indoors, and leave it alone outdoors. Thats not braided. just twisted. Still awesome i asked the same question check it out.

lol actually ur grow was what inspired me to prune up. I just wanted to get a few opinions from the grow gods.
did u see that hash tho man?!?! looks worth it to me!! haha. even tho ill already be makin alot of hash, it would just be more weight!!
Okay how about instead of calling it trimming, i will change the question to is thinning out lower budsites a good idea? not removing them all, but removing the weak and scraggly ones?

Tru, i just cant get cloning down tho. ive tried three rounds now, each looking better but still havn't gotten them to make it yet. im going to try to make a little cloner bubbler for the next attempt, i think i will have much more success.

i personally have just recently started removing all lower bud sites. it really beefs up those top nugs. it makes it easier to water, and as an added bonus, better air circulation near the soil line
