Yea nothing wrong with it, but I hate it lol, I decided a few months ago that I wanna get into Property Development but I'm so close to finishing the year that it would be a waste to drop out now, so I've basically lost all motivation to do well and I'm bored out of my skull in every class.

happy to hear you did good on the test rex.

i just got back from my grandmothers house, i made chicken and dumplings with her.
shes revovering from cancer so she likes to see me.
i missed going to my friends to get some bud, to see her. it was worth it, making her happy.
so overall today was pretty good.

Oh I was thinking about Accounting but my mum actually is one and she strongly suggested I don't do it lol, just wouldn't fit my personality to sit at a desk typing in numbers for hours .

Hopefully with Property development I can have a house of my own by the time I'm 30 :bongload:

I'm going to go to tafe and learn some of the more basic stuff in terms of Electrical, Plumming, tiling, building so I can do alot of the easy shit myself, or with help from friends, family, and only bring in contractors when its something I either can't do or shouldn't be fucking with.

My family has a long history of property development so we have a family builder who usually does all out shit for us and we pay him cash :cheech:
