 How cool is sprungbags?

so let me start back in nov i bought a set of sprungbags bubble hash bags on using them recently my last bag number 5 which is the 25micron bag tore at the seams also i didnt receive a pressing screen no big deal right ? Well yesterday i emailed the company informed them i loved their bags etc and told them about my prob with the 25 .Two hours after the email i received a email informing me i may have bought 1 out of a set of 100 that had stitching problems etc i had that exact threaded model.And they sent me out new one today and 2 free pressing screens . Just wanna let yall know the sprung bags are awesome bubble bags priced for us poor folks not steep name branded do the same thing other bags lol .Maybe the wrong forum im high and rambling but seriously great customer service and excellent product.....Mr.mUdDy

I do not work for this company etc and am not spamming for them just posting my customer experiance and this is the only forum on here i post IN..........
