is this common? its about 2 weeks into flowering and the buds nor the stem smells like dope...
i had a plant that wasnt even old enough to be sexed and its stem/leaves reeeked.. what gives? its an outdoor plant fyi.

Some strains smell strong and some don't. Yeah I know fucked up answer but that is the way it is.

I'd say it has absolutely nothing to do with potency. Besides, you say you've been flowering for two weeks now? Give it time, it's still really early.

i had two female plants one time a while back, i got the seeds from the same bud and everything....even before flowering one REEKED of skunk, and the other just smelled like nothing until the last i think 3 weeks of flowering, then it had a slightly sweet/fruity smell to it
BTW, does anybody know what kind of bug that is in OP's pic? i see those chillen on my jalapenos and other plants in ym garden

lol they prob smell just not strong ive seen og kush grown the ones in my sig that didnt really smell until they dried and cured then omg but during growing was at a minimum with smell. Plus when your growing you smell it everyday so your senses get used to it and it seems more subdued
