|
my landlord is coming buy this weekend and i need to do something. they have about a week and a half to go but i dont want to take the risk. they are 1/4 covered in red hairs and i kno the last 2 weeks just packs on the weight. what to do?

why is the landlord coming? inspection? could you move the plants out to a friends house or a shed or your garage or some shit if you have one with the building. Guess it depends on how big they are. I dunno hide them on the roof of the building if your on the top floor, and its night. then when they leave bring them back inside. I'm really high I cant vouch for the quality of my ideas.

i am growing them in my basement and he is coming over to fix one of the water heaters and i live on the first floor. no shed or garage. he is also unlocking the door that separates the 2 basements. i was going to put them in my closet but i dont need to take the chance of him going o let me do an inspection. there not big at all and i dont want to put them outside due to bugs or the rabbits we have here. they dont smell bad to me but then again i have a bad sinus problem. i guess im just getting paranoid. it should be only one day maby all weekend idk tho..

do what you gotta do, might as well take what you got...........BUT it's not like you are gonna be rid of them once you cut them down  .......either way you are still gonna have them when he comes over.
myself would go and get large box, put plants in, tape, put board on top, drape with sheet, put tv, vase or some shit on it. problem fuckin solved

i could do that considering i dont have 6ft tall plant. its only about 3 ft tall but its like 3 feet wide too on the fact of how i lst. i will have to look into that 1. then i also have to deal with the lights, cold they go 24hrs in dark to switch over the light schedule to night time on instead of day?

if hes coming over to fix the water heater I'm fairly sure thats all he can do. He cant just say oh hey I'm going to do an inspection of your house. Check your state and local tenant laws but I know they have to give 24 hour notice before they can come in. I really dont think he would do that anyway, I agree with creep put them in a big box seal it up cover it up and put it in a closet. Hes probably just going to fix the water heater and leave.

kool but what about the light schedule? can it go 24/0 without light till the next night? will this educe a hermie? that would suck donkey balls if it did this late in the game.

nah, they'll be fine with only one day of weird light schedule. Plus, if they hermie with only a week and a half left it won't matter, you won't get seeds in that time period and smoking one or two nanners is completely harmless

There's no way for you to secure the area your plants are in? Like with a padlock or something? I've had my landlord come over numerous times and all I did was shut the outside door to the room I grow in. Has never said a word to me about anything (although admittedly he was a huge stoner once).

kool thanks harry. any tips on covering the smell or will it be fine in a box and a blanket or 2 over it? i thought it would smell more but my neighbor says they dont smell at all when she barrows my washer and dryer. i think the mother in the veg box smells worse then the 2 flowering. also harry i saw one of your grows with the cfl's back in 09 and that was nice. looks way better then my bagseed grow lmao.Quote:

i cant cous he is unlocking the basement door that separates the 2 basements. and this is the most i have seen him only cous of last month the gas guys messed up the sewage pipe and the front basement filled up with sewage. and now my neighbors water heater is messed up and he wants to replace it. i would do it for him (like i have been maintaining everything else for a lil off the rent but im too busy with school to even check my grow everyday. just enough time to water and that it. i got homework and 2 projects due this month. i never though taking pharmacy technician classes would be so ugh. its a lot to learn so i dont kill some one ha ha.. too bad i also have to quit smoking till they pass legal med use here. even tho im not shure if it will be allowable working in a pharmacy..

Did u call him and say the water heater is messed up??? call him say u fixed it.. lol How would he know it needs fixing..??? the box will work if you house doesn't stink??

its my neighbor upstairs who called him and he will kno it is not fixed cence the water bill comes to him and her water heater is leaking out of the bottom onto the floor it adds up quickley.. she is cool tho cous she lets me know when she is going to call him cous i told her id smoke some with her when it is done so i can have a outside opinion on the final product of my first grow.

yea this is true. i have decided to move her upstairs with one of the 42 watters and it will basically be like it is a cloudy day. wont be as much light as she wants but it will not be left in the dark i guess. oups kids up now l8rz.

I would probably take the plant and put it in something like a wardrobe bag or a suitcase, if it fit. Anything that has a zipper that'll fully enclose it would be great. Even if they do an inspection they can't start opening up your property. That requires a warrant, which requires reasonable suspicion - which the smell could provide. Be careful here and like mentioned check your state tenant laws. You should be able to find all sorts of information about your rights as a tenant on the internet. this happened to me when i had 7 plants that were 5 foot tall growing in my closet. Luckily they gave me more than 24 hours before the inspection. Also cook up some bacon right before he comes over.

LOL.. GOOD IDEA WITH THE BACON.. if ya really don't want them in there take a stink bomb and bust it open in a cup( so u can throw it out later) tell them u at some bad chinese food lol.. i thought the stink bomb idea would be good if ya got pulled over and they wanna search the car..

yea its all good i just put in my closet. i was worried cous the electric is switched in this place meaning that my breaker box was in her basement and hers was in my basement. but both water heaters are gas with its own perpetual motion generator for the pilots.
