 some 1 stole my pice of shit bike.

so im waiting for the state police to come so they can tell me well well look into it and lie to me a little. so i will ask the trooper if i see anyone on my bike frame what do i do? do i run up and kick them off is my first option to me, second would be to pull my pistola on some cracker. i like the first one better cos i could also get some batting practice in on there kneecap. it just sucks cos ive had this DNYO frame for its like 12 -15 years now and u cant find a frame like that anymore. im seriously gonna fuck some one up over this.

The police wont do shit to help you out.
If you're lucky you'll see the purp riding by on it and there is your chance to get your bike back plus a little redemption.
Something you could do is keep a look out on craigslist to try and see if the guy is trying to sell your bike.
But odds are you'll never see it again.

I just had my bike jacked less than a week ago also.
Ive been keeping an eye on craigslist but I dont expect to ever see it again.
Sucks that it was a special bike
I am going to use it as an excuse to buy a nicer one.

weve had 3 bikes stolen in the last 5 years  2 of them were stolen from the garden, and one from the shed.
the one they stole from the shed which was my bros bike was only a couple of months old 
the police dont do fuck all.

i dont understand how it could be illegal if you have no knowledge of it being stolen goods
most of the stuff thats for sale in pawn shops is stolen property.

yea and if you buy lets say a ring there they will come and seize the property for evidence and u will lose the money and the whatever you bought.. that's what i meant lol had a lot goin on and was trying to sum it up as best as possible.

Same here. If they think you bought the stolen merchandise rather than stole it yourself they will usually pretty much tell you to hand it over and tell them where you got it or face charges for receiving.
Sucks about your bike man. I fucking hate a thief.
Reporting it may not be a complete waste. Especially if you have the serial number. Depends on where you are. A lot of police depts will pick up bikes that appear abandoned and store them for a while contacting the owner if they have info and auctioning or donating them if not. Follow up with them on it.

when a stolen bike got dumped outside our house, my mum phoned the police and they told us to keep it 
police are pretty useless, i wouldnt bother getting any hopes up about getting it back

too bad they must have just have seen a corner of the bike cos it was buried under a bunch of stuff i had gotten out of storage. and not even my nosy neighbor did not see anything.. even tho they moved another bmx bike i had there, with some like i said other junk.
too bad they dont have the balls to do it when im not home cous i got friends that can run faster than them.
