If you are having trouble with your last few bags, try researching the "jerk and tug" method.

Seriously google "jerk and tug bubblebags method"
You let the bag freefall while holding the top of the bag closed in your hand, you quickly jerk it up after it freefalls for about 6-10 inches and when all the gravity pressure and mixing of the solution off of the screen, water will freely fall through if you do the "jerk" a handful of times.
You shouldn't have any trouble finding a tutorial video out there I know they exist.
