Definitely looks like too many nutrients or one sort or another. Since you have plants in veg and the one that's flowering is still fairly early on... you might want to consider flushing the soil with 2 - 3 times the volume of your container's worth of water. Give it at least 3 or 4 days to work through the assault, then resume feeding the soil on a light schedule and forget about the foiler sprays.

Way too much nutes for the veg babies.... Miracle Grow is shit... don't use ferts on such young plants it's unecessary anyway. If you can't resist the urge to feed them find something like Wegner's Organic Growth Promotant its 8-6-6 and nice and gentle. My favorite veg nute ever.
Need a better pic of the plant in flower.

When in doubt, go with what you know. [Re: PapaKush]

It looks like my TDS meter was running way too sensitive. 1400 ppm is equal to 2.0 EC my runoff was reading 350ppm. So I went back to 1.2 oz of MG per 4L(veg) and 8 oz of MG per 5 gal(bloom). Keeps the EC between 2.0 and 3.0 which is the sweet spot for this variety. The leaves are already reaching for the sky. I had backed off using nutes and the proof is in the pudding, it was a big mistake and caused all kind of uptake problems. I have 10+ years experience and have always considered myself a pro. You can never stress the fundamentals enough, go with what you know works. Thanks for the feedback.
