Found a seed in an 8th... Germinated it... Planted it... It grew.

Cull?
It hasnt been looked after very well, i had to go away for 2 weeks. My brother occasionally popped in to water it 
A friend lent me his camera for some better shots!

How old is this plant? and is it outdoor? do you know what genetics? what nutes are you using?

No worries mate. Its about 5 weeks old, grown inside a greenhouse using soil from tomato grow bags haha. Just noticed a little plant growing in the same pot, how is this possible when i only planted one seed??

This is not true. Often times rouge pollen can pollinate females indoors or out resulting in undesirable genetics. That being said, your plant exhibits fat leaves characteristic of indoor varieties, so chances are your plant will be genetically similar to the parent. If there was only one seed in your sack then you should hope that the grower accidentally let one of the flowering females become a hermie and produced a feminized seed. Keep your fingers crossed.

The other plant is not MJ its just some random actual weed.  that is the first time I have had to clarify between the two.

Your safe it's not rouge pollen. (that's a funny one) Yes that does happen but if that was the case you'd have more then one seed,.
When one seed is found in a bag it is (most of the time) caused by a single male flower that the plant put out. In most cases the plant will be a female in fact I'll bet ya it is. 
The plant shows a indica makeup so I'm sure it will be some couch-lock stuff. 
Speaking of rouge pollen the govt could get rid of way more plants if instead of looking for gardens in public land they just crop dusted with male pollen from hemp plants. They would take the value right out of all the seeded weed.

thanks for the help! ima kill that little weed right now. Would you say the plant is a good height to force it to flower(12hours daylight+12hours of darkness a day)?

Well...
You can flower at any stage. However, at this point you will likely save time and increase yield if you wait for it to show preflowers. Preflowers mean that the plant is sexually mature and ready to flower. If you flower before this, it takes about 10 or more days more for the plants to start forming buds. Once your plant shows preflowers, put it inside in a 100% dark place at night for 12 hours (better too long than too short at first). You should see your plant start to form buds within a week.
