Indeed they do, I've visited Switzerland on numerous occasions and experienced the type of fire they can pump out. Those pictures however look stress. The superskunk looks like the stuff I cleaned off of the blades of my lawn mower today.
As for weed being legal in Switzerland I think the major thing that allowed breeders to have massive greenhouses was they recognized it's non drug use for essential oils Mr. Nice seedbank had a contract with the body shop providing cannabis oils for their products. Seeds were also legally produced until arrests started being made Shantibaba of Mr.Nice being one of the major arrests I think he served 2 years 2004-2006. I can't remember the exact date but I remember a number of his strains were not available around those years, not until many months after he was out did he start pumping out strains again. One thing that pissed off a lot of people was he sold very old stock during this time (around 10 years old) and he expected a 50% germination rate but many reported far far less. Since he's always tried to only produce enough seed to last between crops, so I have no problem with his practices for the record.
