It's been forever since I heard that album. But if you like that check out Celtic Cross. Kind of older and not exactly the same, but probably some of the best stuff Simon ever did.

Also, there's a Dubstep artist named "Brain Damage" that you would probably dig, but doubt you would find anything on youtube from him

Yeah, not the most memorable songs of his, but I do like the colplay song. He doesn't really do a lot of chill stuff. I think this one was the only one I could think of as being chill:
