To refuse search is loss of DL for 10 days pending trail, car to be impounded til trail and here any impounded car will be searched on impound yard, which means you're still busted if you were hiding something.

and id imagine after that and the judge asked u why u denied the search for all the hassle u should reply (its my god dam constitutional right).
id imagine u could get a lawyer after all that for harassment charges...

lol im sorry if i seem pushy but ive been harrased by the cops for no dam reason too many times.. o and the warrent is really for under the seats, stash box, and trunk cous the rest is in plain view if u dont have illegal tint..

I did not think you pushy. I just wanted to let you know that up here at least if they want you they will try all kinds of crap. The reason they searched my car is because of who I used to run with, and the way I looked then(biker all the way). I give them no reason to pull me over just because I hate the crap they put me through. I no longer run with an MC and I cut my hair for job hunt. The car I had was new(used) but had no smell in it. but just because it was me they wanted to look. As for the dog comments not every states has the same k-9 guidelines, as to what a dog has to be trained in, for this reason you can argue that it was not a good search but like I said before if they find anything then it really does not matter what you say or argue.

true man, i had that happen before when i was a kid too( except i wasn't a biker like that, bmx BOY!!!!) but thats the past.. like i said i never drive with anything and if i did i would not push them cous ya thats askin for trouble. and yes that's the key word also IF THEY WANT.. ALL KINDS OF CRAP<> i haven't worked in 3 years besides side jobs cence my accident so i really have nothing to do besides tend to my kid and my babies.. so if i got pulled over and they wanted to start some shit like
(o u got something hanging from your mirror or your sticker is on the wrong side of your plate( cous the plate is covered in 6 years of stickers..looks like it went through 3 deer, woods 2 times, maby 3-4 guardrails, and wtf else that crazy ho did) dosent look as bad as it sounds just hood and side panels dented.) why i dont carry anything.. i kno its stupid shit like this that (thay think) they have a reason to but in all reality it is just harassment cous of whatever..(im actually in school now for pharm-tech)and i would also guess that it has to do with (cops mood, how u act(demeanor), and if u really are riding dirty ect,) besides this post was about it in the visable view and its about paraphernalia lol(Misdemeanor).
