 Pot found growing in Union Square

Oh man, I got a laugh out of this. My friends and I found a plant growing in the middle of like one of those sidewalk planters right in front of a shopping center! It was flowering and had smokable nugs on it too! I think we learned that the city Gardner had been growing a few plants in city plots. ahhh good times.

More people should do this. If I had acess to a shit load of seeds I would plant them in random irrigated/landscaped places and hope that they sprout. It is both an act of protest and could brighten up the moment of a stoner who stumbles upon a plant in public. And who knows- if you get lucky maybe they will make some bud.

MY UNCLE USED TO DO THIS , except in the hanging ones off of street lights, and in pots in shopping malls, he reckons hes grown heaps of plants this way, just sprinkle a shitload of seed in the dirt and hope for the best.

They would be 4ft tall in veg, so imagine the trees you would get from flowering after a few months!

I think they where grown mostly in pots outside entrances to malls and stuff they often grow plants like ferns in coco coir here. Put some pot seeds in there and watch it dominate.
He also told me it's good to look for nitrogen fixing plants if your not going to visit the plants practically ever, like white clover.
