sup all, i had a couple of plants vegging that i wanted to try LST'ing a bit - however i will be transplanting them outside (they are in small soil pots right now) in a couple of weeks
is it possible to transplant following training? i don't see why not, assuming the root structure stays in tact. any help is much appreciated

Of course you can transplant after low stress training. How else would growers indoors get into their larger pots. Just untie all the branches and transplant.
