Hey all, I was wondering if the new bill addresses anywhere that caregivers must register their patients with the registry. As far as I know, all you need to do is get the change of caregiver form signed by your patient and then stuck to the wall in the grow. Also, does anyone know if said forms need to be notarized to be valid? Thanks! -BMR
