Get two concepts straight.
You are nothing but a complex system of chemicals, energy, flesh, and bone.
You are the same expanding and decaying matter as everything else in the universe, and someday you will die.
You are no more special than anyone else in the world, have no more awareness than algae.
You are a just a destructive, consuming bacteria on the organism you know as earth.
If the earth is a brain, you are just a neurotransmitter.
Everything you feel is just chemical programming.
Now, it is time for the second concept.
You are beautiful, you are God.
You live in a fluke, in perfect harmony, part of an amazing symbiosis with Earth and the plant matter it creates.
You are an animal in your basic functions, with the rudimentary and savage instincts.
But for some reason you rise above that.
You tune in with your beautiful complex mortal coil, the human body.
You rise above your mechanical functioning and gain knowledge of the universe and the true nature of spirit and life.
You live in this moment, and this moment only.
Once this moment is over it will be gone forever.
You have the potential to be a constructive force to the earth.
You find beauty in your humble existence, and ride it out fully.
Live in this moment, and absorb everything going on around you.
Don’t attempt to become an all seeing all knowing Buddha.
You already are an all seeing all knowing Buddha.
You are just too busy trying to become one.
So busy that you don’t realize you already are an all seeing all knowing Buddha.
Acknowledge that your past and future don’t exist.
Forget guilt and fear.
Each moment is a new universe being born into existence.
Money, power, and success are meaningless manifestations of ego.
Live in the here and now and love everything.
You are everything and nothing.
Nothing is everything; nothing is nothing, and nothing is the potential to be all.
Be nothing, think nothing, and you are all.
You are so small and yet you everything.
Take pride and enjoy every second you are alive.
You are temporary, but your love and bliss is eternal.
You are borrowed but beautiful.
Be happy and blissful just like every living thing around you.
Do not worry any more; you will end up in the same place you started.
Dance with the trees and flowers, you are one with them.
You have the same right as everything else to exist in this beautiful illusion.
The matrix you live in is the never ending dance of consciousness and matter.
Anything that happens, any thought you have, it is all perfect.
The blinding light of enlightenment and truth shines triumphantly around you.
You can choose to see it at anytime.
