Gonna be comin' at ya with my brand new shroom grow. LC's are gonna be started tomorrow...I'll give them about 10 days to produce an adequate amount of mycelium and then move on into WBS sterilization and inoculation. Got my camera on hand to document this bitch from start to finish with 3 different strains.
update: I've inoculated 19 jars of WBS with culture from my LC's. I inoculated 5 Palenque, 5 Treasure Coast, and 9 Koh Samui Super (I underestimated the amount of grain I would need for 20 jars ).
Here's the Palenque culture and a shot of the jars (pretty boring until the myc starts up).

I got mine from Ralphster's...great company. The equipment
 The spores
 Liquid culture jars in progress

I fill the jars about halfway with distilled water and a quarter teaspoon of dry malt extract (available at any home brewing store). I then pressure cook at 15 PSI for 15 minutes and remove to cool.
Once cool I inject 1 cc of spore solution through a hole in the lid like this:
If these are successful LC's without contams, I'll send the remaining 9 cc's of each to the first members to PM me requesting a specific strain. First 3 members (with a reg date BEFORE this post) get one...just ask for Treasure Coast, Palenque, or Koh Samui Super and if you're the first to ask for that strain its yours.
