what do you use to get to sleep?
I have used melatonin, seroquel, xanax, diphenydramaine, and doxylamine succinate to get to bed. I have used valerian root but not for getting to sleep but for when I stopped vicodin and to tame my nerves. I still have a whole big ass bottle of valerian root left- they are these horrible tasting big ass pills and you have to take three for a dose.
Currently I use xanax and sometimes add diphenydramine in when that doesn't work. But the thought hit me today to maybe try a different sleep aid so i will have less tolerance and more xanax.
Does anyone know if valerian interacts with xanax or cause cross tolerance?
Anyway- what do you insmoniacs use to hit the hay?
BTW: In your opinion what drug works best for dreaming/lucid dreaming?

Gave up thte pills, I just smoke pot. Works for me.

after smoking i always fall asleep. Xanax makes me pass the fuck out, but i can never remeber anything after i take the pills, so no idea when it makes me fall asleep.
um melatonin works pretty good actually though.
