 Melatonin

So, last night I decieded to try melatonin for the first time, I smoked a couple bowls with one of my friends and took 3 mgs melatonin at 12:00am. after about an hour it I was really tired, I stayed up for as late as I could. I stayed up until about 3:30am. When i was alseep I hade the most intense dreams I have ever had in my life!!!
I had about 10 or 12 dreams, and I remember just about every one of them. I even went lucid in 2 different dreams. It was fucking INTENSE. I woke up at about noon and I've felt really tired since then, I have been smoking weed all day and taking andom naps but i am still fucking tired. I am going to take more melatonin tonight, and I have been smoking weed tonight also.

Melatonin is good when you want to reset your bodies biological circadian rhythm. It's also capable of affecting your sleep in a disruptive manner

I say don't use it to often, it is great for resetting your sleep time, or sometimes when you want to get to sleep early...But it's not something i would use regularly.
But yeah man, melatonin will produce some gnarly dreams  . So will 5HTP, and Valerian root.

i have a bunch of valerian and melatononin in my house but i mostly just take xanax and adderall
what is valerian good for, beside insomnia?
any suggestions?
it feels pretty relaxing to me.

I just take 75 mg of DPH when I wanna sleep

That sucks, I really didn't expect much from it so I was pretty suprised. But today I woke up about 5 hours earlier and i felt great!

it just makes me tired and more out of it alot faster, it gives a body high, and crazy dreams more than if you just orally took them.

Melatonin Routes: In humans: orally, as capsules, tablets or liquid, sublingually, or as transdermal patches. In lab animals: also injection.
