Well, when a company loses half of its market value since Apr 22, and being probed for legal misconduct, it's safe to suggest cleanup is in their best interest. To omit any responsibility because, "it's just not their fault" is not sound in regards to defending them. The CEO of BP will be fired. That's a fact.
