You should try, Ive been living at my current place for 2 years
Here's how it plays out:
"Hows Business?"
"Ah, slow time of year, Im sure it will pick back up"
"Well, if you are willing to do 1 month free, I am willing to extend my lease an extra year"
They always jump on it, it means they have a stable person in the apartment who has paid rent on time and they dont have to come in and repair the place. Saves them a fuckton of money. My carpets are completely fucked.

Of course I am really interested. Out of all the Shroomery people I have met, you are in my top 3. Just sucks we never got a chance to chill more often before you left. We have very similar personalities
