Ok So at what point in the Veg/Flowering stage Should a Scrog be Applied?
How tall should the plants be?
And how How far would I need to lower the screen down to the plants. For example like a 45 Degree angle?

Have you done any research on scrog?? You don't angle the screen, it lays level over the plants.
Start training them immediately. The whole point of scrog is so that your growing your plants sideways instead of up. When to initiate flowering is a guessing game unless you know your strain and how much they are going to stretch. Usually you do it when 50% of the screen is filled in. That way you can you can continue training them as they stretch.

I did Research on Scrog. You Misread it. I meant the Plants being at a Angle.. Them being Sideways.
Another thing is the screen lifted up during the growth period to make more room for the plant or is it placed at one level through out the Whole Growth period?
Hmm And i'd prob just flower after a Month of veg or A little under a month.

Place it at one level during the whole grow. since your moving the growing tips laterally there is never a need for the screen to be lifted. And no need for the plant to be at an angle. Just keep training the new growing tips under the screen.

Ahhh But How exactly would training them immediately be good For example you got Plants that are 7 inches tall You couldn't start training them cause there just to small you would have to lift up the screen Eventually Cause they would be to small to be flowered. You understand?

Nope, your not understanding. You just keep training them. The base of the plant will only grow wider, not taller. The part of the plant that grows taller is being trained under the screen. So no need to ever raise it.

Alright Thanx Ill give it a go. Or you know topping the main stem would also work to lower height to. Its the height I am trying to decrease cause of the lack of space.

Then Scrog is a good way to go. Set the height of the screen and your good to go. LST is also a means of keeping them low.

Yea I read up on the low stress training. That is how i got the Scrog idea but I really don't Want to Tie everything down Using the other method.
