Why should that mean it isn't real?

I've seen a strain called Ice Cream in hightimes or cannabis culture that grew like that only it had some more white as well as pink. Most beautiful flower I've ever seen.

Seriously! That should have been cloned for everyone to enjoy...I'm not sure if he took clones though. Didn't read into it much.

It's actually very common. I've grown multiple plants with that color...

Is it specific to a strain, or just a certain thing that can happen sometimes? To me, most herb is the same in the end (aside from the taste anyway) and this is a gimmick I could get into haha.

Well, it is strain and environment dependent. I've noticed that if you grow Blueberry in a cool location, at least for me and other grow logs I've followed, the pistils turn pink. Those first 2 pics I posted were BB and the last one is a different unknown strain, but they looked quite familiar. I made seeds of that plant so I'll see if I get that phenotype again this time around. I know there are other strains that exhibit this trait, but I know for a fact that cool nights really bring it out of the woodwork.
Edit: I also have had plants that had dark purple pistils...

Cool nights eh? Prolly won't ever happen for me then...at least not during this season. Winter gets pretty chilly, but I dunno how the temps are in my closet
Out of curiosity, how'd they look dried up? Same old orange/brown they usually get? Seeing as how thats the "white" color for these plants...if that makes any sense.

I wouldn't really call that manicured. Perhaps some of the leaves were ugly looking so he trimmed them up for picture-taking purposes?

ya, he needs to be more active around here! Looks like an incredibly high leaf to calyx ratio on that one. Nice hue on the pistils though. not sure that means anything at all. other than being aesthetically pleasing.

Yeah, I would like him to contribute more, because we basically have the same knowledge...
You are right it is just pleasing to look at, although the one with dark purple (not pictured) actually stayed purple when dried instead of turning brown/orange.
