will 20"x29" be enough floorspace for 4 plants? or should i stick with 3?

oh hai, its frizzle.
small world.
i was going to use CFL's but i will use enough and space them correctly to get the job done.
i was more concerned with if they will have enough room to grow?

It's pretty small, but if you put them into 12/12 early on you could make that space work. I wouldn't do any more than 3 though.

i only asked because ive heard 1x1 is all a plant "needs" indoors
but ive never grown indoors, so i know basically nothing.
mother nature has always taken care of me before.

I think you could easily get 4 plants in there in one gallon containers, but it would be a squeeze. Three would be better I think.

anyways my friend
it depends on the hight of your box also
is there more space for them to grow up then out
you could get away with 4 if your box is taller
i would go with a 100-250 watt MH/HPS lamp
and just get a bathroom exhaust to get the heat out
thats depending on how tall your space is though

i have some extra parts lying around so im gonna fashion up a cooltube perhaps with a homemade scrubber. maybe i wont use cfl's. i just like how i can place them everywhere to get light to even the bottom leaves.
hmm.. 
these are the big white cabinets they sell at home depot, they are about 7 feet tall, so def room to move up.
i know i can just utsf, but anyone have a personal strain they like that grows tall but not like 15 ft tall? im growing out some bagseed as of the moment.

grab yourself a small 250 or 150 watt hps light
you can use them for veg or flower
but throw in two T5 florescent tubes vertically to help with light
on the sides and such
then you can get mabye 4 plants
but it will be really good grow space
you will need a bathroom exhaust though
they run from 20$-50$ for one that you will need
and just have a passive intake at the bottom of the grow box
and homemade scrubbers are for the win
