I left out less dangerous than weed because this is meant in regards to health concerns and in that arena marijuana is very safe, imo. This is for your basic spike and K2 products with whatever jwh variations they may contain.

LOOK im am the growery JWH SPECIALIST come on find someone who smoked more JWH products than me you wont ive done them all! ive found that all are different too.. some very very potent and some just crap... personally i love this stuff called spike 99 ultra the blue label ITS 100% exaclty like indica style weed... munchies, stoned feeling, smoke too much it will put you to sleep or couchlock you.. makes everything more fun just like weed.. basically its weed i still cant tell the difference except the smell!!! but when you start to burn this stuff and smoke it it tastes JUST LIKE WEED NO LIE! its expensive but worth it if you cant get weed for whatever reaason... try it out you wont be sorry period.

and seriously K2 spice gold all that crap isnt anything compaired to spike 99 ultra blue... this stuff is literally the strongest on the market.... i buy mine from potentincense.com you can even email the guy asking most potent long lasting incense spike 99 and i vouch for it.... THE BOMB

woops sorry bout the venting as far as safety i dunno id have to say marijuana is deff safer cuz ive smoked jwh heavily for awhile now and i could sware it gave me a fever a few times cuz i smoked too much like all day everyday for a few weeks LOL just like i do with weed..... yeah buuurnnouuttt

Wanted to bump this old thread to get everyone's opinions on spice and other herbal blends.
I used them shortly when I was on probation and they gave me a nice buzz but made me sick to my stomach the following day or late at night.
I can only imagine the damage they would do to a long-term user, I am sure certain blends are better than others and homemade blends are probably relatively safe in comparison, but let's chalk it up

Ugh fuck JWH. My friend and I made some edibles back when 018 was still legal. I'm not even sure if making edibles from that shit is something you're "supposed to" do. I haven't really found anyone else saying they did.
tl;dr, we melted down a bunch of chocolate and put a scoop of the powder in them. I'd say way too much powder, we didn't really measure. So, yeah, it was our own faults.
But anyway, I just kept getting higher and higher. The amount of paranoia and my racing heart were almost enough to make me go to the hospital. I had full blown OEVs and CEVs. If anyone had less drug experience I'm sure they would have definitely called 911.
The entire time I couldn't help but feel like "wow, the government allows this shit to be legal, and weed is illegal? Thats just them fucking with people. They're poisoning us by letting this be legal." And thats pretty much the opinion I stuck with.
Fuck JWH, that shit is poison. It did actually put a few of my friends in the hospital (mostly kids who never really partied until college). I haven't known anyone who was hospitalized and had to be restrained and sedated from weed.

I've never had any major problems with JWH. I'm not a big fan of RCs, though, so my experience with them is pretty limited. I got a free sample of pure 250 and 018 powder, a gram of each. I mixed some in a brownie and grafted the rest onto a few herb mixtures. In both cases the high was okay. I didn't get sick or anything, but neither one felt as euphoric and relaxing as regular cannabis. Stuff lasted me a while, though.
My advise: if you can get weed, get weed. This stuff probably won't kill you if you smoke it temporarily or a few times but, since these RCs tend to be more potent than THC, CBD, CBN ...ect, I wouldn't doubt it when people claim that it gave them panic attacks or really ramped up their tolerance to weed and other cannabinoids.
